Delivery & Shipping Process
After your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched through our trusted logistics partners.
Before delivery, the courier company will usually contact you to confirm the estimated delivery time and date.
To ensure smooth delivery, please keep your phone reachable during this time.
Our riders are instructed not to hand over parcels until payment is received (for Cash on Delivery orders).
Please note that riders are not authorized to take returns or exchanges at the time of delivery.

Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders worth Rs. 3,000 or above.
- A delivery fee of Rs. 200 applies to orders below Rs. 3,000.
There are no hidden charges — you only pay for what you order.
