2. Product Information

We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, and colors as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, our team will contact you promptly to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and may introduce online payment options in the future. For COD orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery before the parcel is handed over.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message on your provided phone number.
If you do not respond, our representative will make a confirmation call before shipping your parcel.
Unconfirmed orders may be canceled automatically to avoid delivery issues.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver all confirmed orders within 2 to 4 working days.
Free delivery applies to orders above Rs. 3,000, while a Rs. 200 delivery charge applies to smaller orders.
TNS Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, road closures).

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery for exchange or replacement.
Items must be unused, with original packaging intact.

8. Limitation of Liability
